Dr. Haley Turner hails from Austin, Texas and has called College Station, TX home for the previous 8 years. A diehard Aggie (at least when the football team is winning), she completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University in 2023. She is a proud member of the Dairy Girl Gang and completed an intensive consultation course in Dairy Medicine at Cornell University. Her veterinary interests include calf lung ultrasounds, creation and analysis of herd health records, cattle welfare audits, and acupuncture. When she’s not in the clinic you can find Dr. Turner running around with her incessantly energetic Miniature Australian Shepherd or attempting to find the latest honky tonk bar. Dr. Turner is excited to get to know her clients and become a part of the community in Lisbon.

When asked why she chose to join the veterinary profession, Dr. Turner said “I love dairy cows and have really come to enjoy animal welfare and adovacating for a safe food source."
